If you’ve decided to buy an electric car, you’ll need an Electrical Vehicle Charger too. These can be installed at your home. We take care of the whole installation process for you from beginning to end. Before you start any process, it’s always nice to know what to expect. Take a look at our 10-point EV charger installation process so you have a better understanding of each step.

To start the process, we need some details about you, your car, and your property so that we can guide you on the right EV charger for your circumstances. All we need are the answers to a few simple questions and we can take it from there.

Next you will be presented with our selection of the best EV charges that we have carefully recommended for you to choose from. Each charger has its own unique set of features to cater for all needs and eventualities.

Once you have selected your charger you can then choose an installation date available on our calendar that suits you. If we don’t have availability on your preferred date then please choose the nearest date available, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

You can choose to pay on completion of work. Once the order has been placed our team will call to confirm the booking and job details.

On your chosen installation date our team will notify you on route to let you know their estimated time of arrival. Once on-site they will confirm your requirements and fit the EV charger in your preferred location.

Once fitted, testing of the EV charger is carried out to make sure everything is working correctly and safely.

You will get a thorough demonstration of the charger and all of its great features so you feel confident operating everything independently.

The instruction manual is provided onsite for future reference. Your electrical installation and Part P building regulations certificate will be emailed to you shortly after completion.

Once you’re completely satisfied with the installation and everything is as you expected, we’ll then ask for a credit/debit card payment on-site or bank transfer on the day of completion for the quoted amount.

We keep in touch for after sales care and to answer any questions you might have. Annual maintenance is recommended for EV chargers and we can take care of that for you too.
